Mr David Wafula
Gideon is a development practitioner with immense experience in research, monitoring and
evaluation, training, policy analysis, strategic planning, program management and team
development. These are in addition to expertise with appraising institutional systems, facilitating
organizational development, as well as establishing and or executing monitoring, evaluation and
learning systems. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Development Studies, a Bachelor of Arts and a
Diploma in Business Management. He is presently pursuing his PhD in
Gideon has vast experience working with leading corporates, learning institutions, and consulting
firms, and civil society organizations. These experiences have enabled him to buttress his expertise in
process management, systems strengthening, and performance management for varied
organizational typologies and contexts.
