Mr Tom Olila
Mr. Olila is a development practitioner with over 20 years’ experience working with a wide
range of organizations drawn from diverse countries in Africa. Tom possesses strong
management background more so in monitoring and evaluation, governance, as well as
strategy, projects, and financial management.
Tom’s professional qualifications include an MBA (Strategic Management), BCom
(Accounting), and Certified Public Accountant. He has followed courses in Projects
Management (MDF Netherlands), Social Development (CRDA, South Africa) & Organizational
development (MSTCDC, IC Consult, Netherlands).
