Mr Ben Nganyi
Mr. Ben Nganyi is a seasoned professional Human Resource Manager with over 20 years’ experience,
including as a Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Manager in more
than 4 leading global and continental Banks. Mr Nganyi also to date successfully handed over 150
manpower outsourcing projects across the public, private and civil society sectors.
He holds MSc in Human Resource Management, Master of Arts in English and Applied Linguistics;
and Bachelor of Education (Arts). He is also a certified coach with several professional certifications
in Human Resource Management. He is also a member of Institute of Human Resource Management
in good standing.
